DETAILS:
- The wood ornament is made of environmentally friendly fiber wood, nontoxic, odor-free, exquisite craftsmanship & stylish design.
- Printed in ONE SIDE, and the thickness is 6mm. The 2 parts of the product are glued together with a strong glue. The designs are permanently pressed directly onto the ornament, creating, an everlasting image that will NOT peel off or fade.
- Come with a hole and metal wire attached to the strap.

Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
All Morukai products are print-on-demand, made specifically for you. We accept returns and issue refunds if your item arrives damaged, defective, has a print error, or if you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or slight color variations due to monitor calibration.
To request a return or refund, contact us at support@morukai.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
EU customers: Our products are custom-printed to order and are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. We will still resolve any quality or fulfillment issues at no cost to you.
Shipping
Morukai handles all fulfillment in-house. Orders are processed and packed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch: United States 5–10 days, Canada and United Kingdom 7–14 days, European Union 7–14 days, Australia and New Zealand 10–18 days, Rest of World 14–25 business days. These are estimates only and carrier delays are outside our control.
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — address changes must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipment will incur additional shipping costs.
