Each tumbler undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it becomes a unique product tailored to the customer who ordered it. This sets our tumblers apart from the mass-produced items available on the market
To control quality and pricing when the product reaches the customer, we have eliminated middlemen to deliver the product directly to the user with high quality and reasonable prices.
The production process is personalized for each order, so each product that reaches the customer is a unique item made just for them.
Since Kaisenix has no agents or intermediaries, please order genuine products from this website to receive the best quality genuine products.
Please allow us 4-6 business days to produce the best quality product for you.
Kindly allow 1-3 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged, and shipped from our facility.
All Morukai products are print-on-demand, made specifically for you. We accept returns and issue refunds if your item arrives damaged, defective, has a print error, or if you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or slight color variations due to monitor calibration.
To request a return or refund, contact us at support@morukai.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
EU customers: Our products are custom-printed to order and are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. We will still resolve any quality or fulfillment issues at no cost to you.
Morukai handles all fulfillment in-house. Orders are processed and packed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch: United States 5–10 days, Canada and United Kingdom 7–14 days, European Union 7–14 days, Australia and New Zealand 10–18 days, Rest of World 14–25 business days. These are estimates only and carrier delays are outside our control.
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — address changes must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipment will incur additional shipping costs.
